In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii), only one source reasonable available and brand name justification, Customs and Border Protection seeks to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Crye Precision LLC. 63 Flushing AVE Unit 252, Brooklyn, New York 11205 for the rapid acquision of cold weather apparel to include Crye ATO � Mid Loft Jackets and Pants, various sizes for the US Border Patrol, Houlton Maine Sector, 96 Calais Rd., Hodgdon, ME 04730. The NAICS code for this procurement is 315990. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their company�s capabilities can email the contract specialist no later than 3:00PM, ET, 1/15/2026.
