Description

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). PROJECT TITLE: Design-Build (D/B) Replace Inverters at Viera Outpatient Clinic PROJECT NUMBER: 675-25-803 PROJECT SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), is seeking professional design-build services to design and construct the project titled Replace Inverters at Viera Outpatient Clinic located at the OVAHCS, Viera VA Outpatient Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and design-build services necessary for the design and construction of the project described herein and other specific tasks as further defined by the Statement of Work (SOW). All quotes are to provide both design and construction services for this project. The contractor shall not match existing materials but shall use hospital grade as designated in the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Technical Information Library (TIL) and/or industry standards for healthcare facilities relevant to space usage. Reference Section VII. Resources, below. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 448 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), located at Viera Outpatient Clinic. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
