NOTE FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY SUBMITTED A RESPONSE: If you have already submitted a quote, the Government strongly encourages you to review the third amendment and all updated documents posted with the SAM.gov listing. Vendors may revise and resubmit quotations prior to the revised due date and time should they want to. The latest quote submission will be used for evaluations, and any earlier submissions will be discarded. If a revised submission is not submitted, then the original submission will be used for evaluations. Updated as of 01/13/2026 - Amendment 2 posted to state that the due date will be extended. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) has a requirement to procure commercial services that shall establish and operate food concession facilities at the DOI Stewart Lee Udall Building. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 1 year, plus four 1-year option periods. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition. Please see attachments for full details regarding this solicitation.
