- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT for the 140th Civil Engineering Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado to request information for market research and planning purposes. This announcement is NOT a solicitation and does not constitute a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify and collect information on potential sources with the capability of providing tech inspector services, as described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this announcement will be used by the Government for acquisition planning and decision making. The FSC/PSC being used for this requirement is R499 - Professional Services � Management Advisory Services, and the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code to be used for this requirement is 561320 - Temporary Help Services. The small business size standard is $34 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications for small businesses. If your company is interested and possess the qualifications, capability, and responsibility to provide the services detailed in the DRAFT PWS, you are encouraged to respond to this announcement with a statement of your qualifications and capability. Appropriate responsees would include information such as: 1. Company information including name, Unique Entity Identification (UEI) or Cage code, and point(s) of contact with telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Socioeconomic classifications such as designations as Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), or Indian Owned Economic Enterprise. 3. Narrative of your company's capability to provide the services described in the attached DRAFT PWS. 4. All feedback on the DRAFT PWS is welcome including changes to the wording, structure, requirements, and tasking. Responses to this announcement must be submitted to the point of contact listed below. Submission methods other than email will not be accepted. Please submit all responses using Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Acrobat compatible file formats. Please submit responses by 11:00 a.m. MST, Friday, January 30, 2025.
