- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR: Brand Name - Everbatim Hybrid Courtroom Audio Recording and Communication System Accessories THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY.THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. Requirement Description: The Contractor will provide new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Everbatim Hybrid Courtroom Audio Recording and Communication System Accessories with Four-Year Warranty capable of meeting the fit, form, and functions of the following part numbers and salient characteristics: A. EVAS Hybrid Kit: The EVAS hybrid kit is a custom-made adapter and cable assembly created to connect the EVAS traditional kit with Microsoft Teams. (1) Qty: 49 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. B. EVAS Backup Digital Recorder System - This is a purpose-built kit designed to connect to the EVAS system or standalone audio backup for legal proceedings. (1) Qty: 49 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. C. EVAS Gooseneck Microphones - Gooseneck-style microphones required for capturing audio throughout legal proceedings. Must interface with EVAS audio subsystem. (1) Qty: 11 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. D. EVAS Batteries/Chargers - These are required to provide portable power to EVAS Backup Digital Recorder and EVAS Gooseneck Microphones. Batteries must be NiMH/NiCD rechargeable, in both AA and AAA sizes. (1) Qty: 82 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. E. Transformer - These provide step-down from 230VAC to 110VAC for the EVAS audio subsystem. (1) Qty: 20 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. F. Electronic foot pedal to control EVAS Audio Subsystem and transcription software. (1) Qty: 49 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. G. USB-C hub for providing EVAS Audio Subsystem interfaces at specific speaker locations. (1) Qty: 72 each (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. (b) Capacity: N/A (c) Function: Audio capture for legal proceedings. H. Direct Shipping and Handling to: All items will be delivered to HAF/JAT. (1) Delivery Address: 1500 W. Perimeter RD, Suite 1150 Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility (JBANAF), MD 20762 I. Four (4) 12-month Warranty Support Vendors shall specify if authorized as a reseller of Everbatim brand equipment. Vendors shall identify if they are current BPA holders with the Federal Government. Vendors shall identify if standard warranty is included for applicable items and/or applicable servicing. Vendors must provide Direct Shipping to the above referenced address.
