- This solicitation is established to fulfill the requirement for Security Systems Services for the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center located in Albany, NY. Please refer to the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for the detailed Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and any instructions to offerors.
