- This is a Sources Sought Notice only and is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Sources sought is to find available small disadvantaged socio-economic vendors for Forestry tree planting reforestation for the Black Hills National Forest and Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands. Please provide the socio-economical status of your company below. Examples but not limited to Hubzone, EDSWOSB, SDVOSB Attachments- Draft performance work statement Information shall be submitted by Friday, January 30 by 5:00 Eastern Time, to Curtis Landreth at curtis.r.landreth@usda.gov. Responses should include the following information: vendor name, UEI, socio-economic status, point of contact name, phone number, email address, and capability statement. The Government is requesting information from vendors who can provide services for tree planting. Please refer to the draft PWS in the attachments.
