Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) �soliciting from a single source�. This requirement is for comprehensive maintenance and support for two Astronics, Pinpoint II PCB Test Systems (P/N: P2R-14, serial numbers DIAG/55347 and DIAG/579) at Ellsworth AFB. NAICS Code is: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) �soliciting from a single source , the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Astronics Test Systems, INC, 12700 Ingenuity Dr. Orlando, FL 32826-2752. This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. Primary Government Point of Contact: A1C Trent Waterman, trent.waterman@us.af.mil All questions must be emailed to trent.waterman@us.af.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. (MDT) on 27 January 2026.
