- Amendment 0002 is being posted on 21 January 2026 to include the below information - Virtual industry day questions and answers - The power-point slides from the virtual industry day along with a brief video of the forensic lab have now been uploaded. -Updated details for the site visit at Fort Gillem in Forest Park, GA. - We also welcome the opportunity for questions regarding the virtual industry day be emailed to the POCs listed on the bottom of this notice. Virtual Industry Day Questions and Answers Q: Will there be a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) involved in this acquisition? A: Yes. The PLA questions are inside of the survey links that are in this notice. Q: How will this acquisition be solicited? A: It is anticipated to be solicited as full and open competition with the opportunities to have small businesses as subcontractors. Q: Will the full and completed designs be made available? A: Yes, they will be made available once the solicitation is published. It was also advised that the survey links (that are in the latter part of this notice) will expire on 28 February 2026 ***************** UPDATED SITE VISIT DETAILS ARE BELOW ************************** When: 3 February 2026 from 12 noon to 5pm PM EST Ensure to inform the access point you are attending a one- time site visit Have on hand one form of a government issued identification card along with a secondary form of identification, proof of vehicle registration and auto insurance No firearms or ammunition will be permitted on the installation All guests will need to report to the visitor�s center and request a single-day pass *** Plan to arrive early as you will need adequate time for the government to perform a vetting process check *** Visitors are responsible for arriving at the site visit on time. **RSVP IS REQUIRED: Visitors will need to email their full government name that matches their government i.d., their associated firm and phone number to both POCs (Ms. Sarai Hayward and Ms. Fabiola Ducelus) listed on the bottom of this notice by the close of business on this Friday, 23 January 2026. The address for these requirements is 4930 N 31st Street, Forest Park, GA 30297. The Forensic Laboratory details are described below. Primary facilities include administration areas, laboratory space, facility support area, Covered hardstand (mobile Laboratory area), organizational vehicle parking, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)installation, mass notification system, and Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS) connections. Supporting facilities will include site development, utilities, limited back-up power source, and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by a self-contained system. Building information systems for this project are unique in nature and not included in the unit cost of the building. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided, plus enhanced AT/FP measures. Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services are required. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Cyber Security Measures will be incorporated into this project. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. Air Conditioning (Estimated 236 Tons). Per DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude for the Forensic Laboratory is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 USACE would also like to invite you to complete the below survey for the DoD LEEDR General Purpose Warehouse construction project. This is a multi-service facility purpose-built to address mission specific needs common to the criminal investigative agencies within the Departments of Army and is a future requirement for the installation. While the presentation will not provide in depth details on this requirement, the government is still soliciting information from industry to assist in acquisition planning. Per DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude for the LEEDR General Purpose Warehouse is between $100,000,000.00 and $250,000,000.00 All interested parties are encouraged to review and complete the surveys below.
