Description

**Please note the purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1. Remove clauses FAR 52.215-21, DFARS 252.215-7008, and DFARS 252.215-7010 as it is reasonably certain that cost or certified pricing data may be required by the contracting officer for this solicitation utilizing lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) methods. 2. Include an attachment to Section J for a document that includes questions from industry and their answers (see Q & A Document inattachment list). Unless stated above, all other terms and conditions of solicitation W912CH-25-R-0130, including its proposal submission date and time on February 1st 2026 at 05:00 EST, remain unchanged. Valid proposals will include a filled solicitation form (including the acknowledgement of this amendment), a filled price evaluation spreadsheet, and a filled technical information questionnaire (TIQ).
