Description

Amendment 0001. Changes: Update to PWS on page 22 highlighted in green, item three ""hours per iteration"" to ""4 hrs, with a total of 208hrs. Questions and Answers document has been uploaded in attachments. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator services at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This role involves assisting the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious services in accordance with the Roman Catholic Church guidelines, Archdiocese for the Military Services policies, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies. This requirement will take place at MICC-Fort Campbell, KY. This is a competitive solicitation, 100% small business set aside, for a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods. The period of performance will be from 20 MAR 2026 - 19 MAR 2031. Please see attached combined synopsis solicitation (CSS), performance work statement (PWS), bid schedule, past performance questionnaire and wage determination in the attachments for more information. All questions are due NLT 1200 Central Standard Time on 21 JAN 2026.
