Description

Performance Work Statement (August 1, 2025) Elevator Maintenance and Service VA Medical Center Muskogee OK 74401 The contractor shall provide elevator maintenance services, preventative maintenance (PM), repair, and breakdown services for all elevators and dumbwaiters located at the Muskogee VAMC, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The required Elevator Maintenance Services include, but are not limited to, full elevator maintenance service in accordance with the ASME Safety Code requirements, the manufacturer's recommendations, the Elevator Field Employees' Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. Full maintenance services are defined as all services, repairs, inspections, and testing necessary to maintain all elevators, dumbwaiters, appurtenances, and accessories in a fully operational mode always (except for prescheduled downtime) including all labor, parts, and materials, to include shipping.
