Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Rees Scientific Corp UEI No.: NCRKL9YLY2X4 for services � Tempurature Monitoring for pharmaceuticals and reagents as required by the Pharmacy Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Rees Scientific Corp in accordance with RFO 12.102 for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisitions threshold. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. The Period of Perfomance of Base Year: 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026, Option Year 1: 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027, and Option Year 2: 01/01/2028 to 12/31/2028. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Rees Scientific Corp may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Charity Yellowhair-Gilbert, Contract Specialist, at charity.yellowhair-gilbert@ihs.gov by 10:00am EST on Friday, February 6, 2026.
