- This is a solicitation for Enterprise Health Unit Services for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) for four Training Delivery Points (TDPs), namely: Site 1 Glynco, Georgia � Site 2 Artesia, New Mexico � Site 3 Charleston, South Carolina � Site 4 Cheltenham, Maryland. The solicitation number for this requirement is 70LGLY26RGLB00001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is set-aside for competitive 8(a) without regiion restriction.Site Visits will not be conducted. The health unit buildings for all locations will be defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Part 3 of the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued and posted on sam.gov on or about February 5, 2026. No questions will be responded to until the solicitatioin has been released at which time a date will be established for the submission of questions regarding this requirement. No phone calls will be accepted/returned.
