Description

**This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only** Replacement of B647 Roofing System VA Medical Center Mather, CA Project # 612A4-25-018 This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around January 26, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This requirement is a total set-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractors. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and Small Business Association s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT) at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. In accordance with (IAW) VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204(h), the magnitude of the project is between $50,000 and $100,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to alex.arter@va.gov and cc: Jose.Hernandez1@va.gov. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a general construction contractor for the Replacement of B647 Roofing System requirement in accordance with the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. The duration of this project is approximately 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. **Any offers received from contractors not mentioned above will not be accepted.** (END OF PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE)
