- Pre-solictation Synopsis This is not the solicitation, please continue to monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation. Synopsis Information: a. This Synopsis is for a solicitation for Multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to obtain Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) services for response and recovery operations. b. The anticipated IDIQ(s) contract length is a one-year base period of performance and four one- year option periods. c. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). d. The NAICS code of this procurement is 336411 (Unmanned and Robotic Aircraft. e. This procurement is set aside for Total Small business. f. Please reference the solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses g. Please reference the solicitation for additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions h. Please reference the solicitation for offeror representation and certification i. Please reference the solicitation for proposal submission instructions and evaluation factors for award j. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this solicitation k. Please reference the solicitation for proposal due date I. Place of Contract Performance: To be determined at the Task Order level. The Contractor may be required to attend frequent meetings and planning sessions virtual or at FEMA Headquarters for coordination and planning purposes.
