The drawing is marked Distribution D and requires interested vendors to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) at the following link: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ To ensure all questions and requests are addressed prior to the solicitation close date and time, offerors are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible. Questions or requests for the drawing received after the deadline may not be addressed.
