Description
Project: Replace Condensate Lines and Pump Construction Project Number: 585-21-113 Solicitation Number: 36C25226B0005_2 Location: 325 E. H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project # 585-21-113 to replace condensate lines and pump construction. The Scope of Work for this project includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines, pumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, replace 6� steam valve coming from 8� MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 15 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance are provided. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard $19M. Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a (1) SDVOSB eligible vendor IAW VAAR Subpart 819.70; https://www.va.gov/oal/library/vaar/vaar819.asp#8197001 (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) SDVOSB listed as verified in SBA VIP database at: https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on https://sam.gov/content/opportunities betaSAM.gov � CONTRACTING OPPORTUNTIES on, or about February 6, 2026. A pre-bid site conference and a site walk-through for this solicitation will be scheduled, with details regarding the date, time and location provided in the formal solicitation package.
