- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Techworx, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Provide annual preventive maintenance on surveillance camera that was installed by vendor for Wingate High School. The anticipated delivery is January 22, 2031.
