Description

Amendment 1 - Correction to vendor UEI *********************************************** Notice ID: NOI-SRSU-26-0002 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with McManis Associates, Inc. (UEI: VJ5GAPQ3PN45) for the procurement of services to update the current Chargemaster system for the facility. This includes updating current Revenue Codes, HCPCS/CPT code to ensure proper charging strategies, data flow, and maintenance procedures to follow Medicare guidelines to ensure an efficient response to regulatory billing and reporting notices to assure accuracy and improve the quality of data submitted to third party payers. All necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform these services will be provided by the vendor. The NAICS code is 518210, with an associated small business size standard of $40.0M. The contract will have a base period and four option periods. The anticipated period of performance will be February 16, 2026, to February 15, 2031. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent to award a single source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be received by 8:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The contract will be issued without further notice after the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be reviewed.
