Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to provide NCNG Sanitization/Safety Rentals in support of operations/exercises in the general areas of Fort Bragg, NC and Camp Butner, NC as defined in this PWS. No Incumbents Last day to ask questions: 26 Jan 26 Questions & Answers: Is there an historical disposal facility being used for this contract? A: Please see above; there is no incumbent (newly established BPA). Is there a map that shows the distance between each location? A: General locations have been identified in the PWS scope; Exact Quantity/Locations are to be identified per call, as identified in the PWS. Grid relocation requests are also possible per PWS, but unknown until required. How many minimum or maximum quantities do you anticipate per equipment type, per call? Minimuns are unknown; maximum call value is listed in the attached Description of Agreement. Can the Government confirm whether servicing is required every 48 hours, or if the servicing frequency will be specified within each BPA Call? Does this include weekends and holidays, or will exceptions be allowed? Please see PWS. May we clarify the period of performance? 5 years per the Description of Agreement; the POP dates within the PWS will be adjusted upon award to reflect 5 years. Will this BPA require any of the roll-offs to be emptied and returned during the training period, or does the requirement only include the initial delivery and the final pick-up? Q: Please see PWS para 5.4.3. BID SCHEDULE HAS BEEN UPDATED with line items for servicing. Please download ao 23 Jan 26. Regarding the roll-off dumpsters, is the cubic yardage eligible for replacement if needed? For example, if a 40-yard unit is requested, are we able to deliver two 20-yard units as long as the total cubic yardage is met? A: Yes Is there a laydown yard on or near Camp Butner where we can station portable toilets and handwash stations if needed? A: This location has a turn in yard that is gated; NCNG is working to have the location grant NCARNG with predetermined areas of sustained access or advise of a range we could pre stage at. Please price with the assumption that there will be a laydown yard either on or near Camp Butner. Are you asking for daily, weekly or monthly pricing? A: Please refer to the bid schedule, updated 26 Jan 26.
