- This is a Sources Sought announcement to request information only. This is not a Request for Quote or Proposal. This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or a confirmation that the Government will contract for the services contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this Sources Sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes. The Chaplain's Office, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, has a requirement for a Roman Catholic Priest to provide religious services aboard MCB Camp Lejeune. The applicable NAICS code is 813110, Religious Organizations. The size standard in millions of dollars for this NAICS code is $13.0. Please note that interested vendors must be able to obtain a letter of endorsement from the Archdiocese for Military Services, USA, prior to award of any resulting contract. Only Roman Catholic Priests will be permitted to quote on any resulting contract, as the Archdiocese for Military Services, USA, will not endorse third parties or staffing agencies. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. CAGE Code. CAGE Code must be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov) Business Size under NAICS 813110. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business. If the services are available under a GSA/FSS contract. If so, please provide your GSA schedule number. If these services have been acquired by any Government agencies. If so, please provide names of agencies, point(s) of contact, and contract number(s). Include any other supporting documentation. Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be e-mailed to Leonard.A.Polous.civ@usmc.mil. Responses must be received no later than 5 February 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
