- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IUID HARDWARE SUPPORT SERVICES NAICS: 541519 PSC: R425 NOTICE: This is not a solicitation. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is to conduct market research to determine responsible sources capable of providing IUID Hardware Support Services. A previous requirement, FA813221P0018, for similar services was awarded as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541519 and PSC R425. SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to provide hardware support services for IUID part-marking, and other part-marking activities, at the Air Logistics Centers (ALCs) located at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Hill AFB, and Robins AFB; depot maintenance at Vandenberg AFB; and the 309th EMXG at Kadena AFB. DESCRIPTION of SERVICES: IUID Hardware Support Services shall include: On-Site Part-Marking Support Hardware and Software Inventory and Configuration Hardware Maintenance and Trouble Shooting Network Administration Privileges Support Status Meetings OEM Hardware Maintenance: Teardown, Evaluation, and Shipping Software Maintenance and Updates Equipment and Process Training Reports, Metrics, and Data Deliverables INSTRUCTION: 1. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify your capability of providing for this requirement. Please also provide the following information: Company Profile: A. Small Business Status B. Company�s applicable registered NAICS codes C. Number of employees D. CAGE code E. SAM Unique Entity ID F. Location G. Point of Contact Name, Telephone, Email address H. Please advise if an alternate NAICS/PSC code than those identified above would be more appropriate for our requirement. 2. Responses are due NLT 1:00 PM EST, 09 February 2026. 3. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requested. 4. The Government will use the information obtained via this SSS to determine the best acquisition strategy for the procurement of IUID Hardware Support Services. 5.
