SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Air Force Test Center�s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government�s requirement for a new test facility pump system. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. INTRODUCTION: The Government requires design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication, installation, and verification activities necessary to provide a complete and working cooling water system, including connections to the existing cooling water supply and piping currently supplying a test facility located at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. NOTE: DRAFT requirement documents are marked Distribution Statement D and are available upon request. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333996 Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.
