Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, intends to award a sole source contract to Motorola Solutions, located at 500 W Monroe ST, FL 44, Chicago, Illinois 60661 for the procurement of Motorola APX Next Portable Radios, APX 8500 Mobile Radios and APX 8500 Base Station, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a solicitation or request for offers.
