- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26126Q0302 for the requirement titled ""Fire and Electric Doors PM and Repairs"" at the VA Northern California Health Care System, Martinez VA Medical Center, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94533-4668.
