- Amendment 0003 posted on January 27, 2026 shares ""LCFDL26R0012 Questions and Answers 2."" The response date/time have not been extended. Amendment 0002 posted on January 21, 2026 shares ""LCFDL26R0012 Questions and Answers 1,"" updates ""Attachment A - Lot 1 Price Schedule,"" and updates Section L. The response date/time have not been extended. Amendment 0001 posted on January 15, 2026 extends the question submission deadline to 12:00pm Eastern time on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and corrects the solicitation number referenced in Section L. The Library of Congress (LOC), Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK), is seeking proposals from vendors for Library Support Services. This solicitation will result in a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year base with no options. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 12:00pm Eastern time on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Answers to all questions received will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due by 4:00pm Eastern time on Friday, January 30, 2026. Please reference this solicitation number in all emails regarding this opportunity. Offerors are advised to closely review Sections L & M for instructions on proposal format and the evaluation factors for award. Proposals will be evaluated using a best value tradeoff analysis to select the offeror or offerors whose proposals represent the best value to the government. All future information about this acquisition, including proposal amendments, will be distributed through SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
