Description

The GC shall provide services to include but not limited to, decommission and demolition of existing clean steam generators, heating hot water pumps. The scope also includes the procurement and installation of a new reverse osmosis unit for the clean steam feed water. The GC shall also provide services for the modification of existing ductwork in BH002 and procurement and installation of a new air handler and associated ductwork in BD423. The GC shall make themselves intimately familiar with full scope as defined in this scope of work, construction drawings, and specifications. The work will be accomplished at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System campus located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
