- Request for Bids/Quotations for a Ford Tourneo Custom Titanium 320 L2 H1 2.0 EcoBlue - FWD (170 HP) Bus FWD A8 (Brand Name or Equal) This is a brand name or equal acquisition as outlined in FAR 52.211-6. As of Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the U.S. Embassy is soliciting quotations for a Ford Tourneo Custom Titanium 320 L2 H1 2.0 EcoBlue - FWD (170 HP) Bus FWD A8. (Brand name or equal) The vehicle needs to have the following specifications: 8 Gear Automatic transmission 5 Doors Programmable auxiliary heating Heated, 4-way adjustable drivers seat w. armrest and lumbar support 8 Passenger Seating Double passenger seat w. heating Heated windshield w. rain sensor Aircondition Keyless start 5G modem DAB+ radio Remote central locking 13� SYNC4 touchscreen Pre-collision assist 2.0 Lane Keeping System Fatigue registration Intelligent adaptive cruise control Sign recognition and wrong way alert Parking sensors front and rear Reversing camera Navigation Blind spot assist Reversing assist AGR Seats 2 zone climate control Heated steering wheel LED headlights The vendor is required to submit a duty- and tax-free quote including shipping, registration fees, and warranty details. The vehicle is required to meet or exceed EU/Danish road worthiness requirements. The contract will be a firm fixed priced contract. Note: US-made vehicles and Danish-made vehicles differ primarily in regulatory compliance and market preferences. US vehicles are built to meet American standards, which include specific lighting requirements such as amber turn signals and sealed-beam headlights, as well as odometers that measure in miles. In contrast, Danish vehicles adhere to European Union regulations, featuring E-marked lighting with rear fog lights and metric odometers in kilometers. Additionally, European emission standards for Danish cars are generally stricter, influencing engine design and fuel efficiency. Design and safety features may also differ to cater to local preferences and driving conditions in each market. Offers are due by February 13, 2026 at 12:00 (local time).
