- As of 27 January 2026: Amendment 0004 has been posted to extend the bid opening date to 04 February 2026 and provide updated call in informaiton. As of 22 January 2026: Amendment 0003 has been posted along with all corresponding documents. Due to severe weather expected on 26 January 2026, the bid opening has been extended to 28 January 2026. As of 08 January 2026: Amendment 0002 has been posted along with all corresponding documents. As of 17 Decemebr 2025: Amendment 0001 has been posted to update the magnitude within the specification document. The revised specification document has also been posted. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New York District, requires the construction of two canopy structures constructed of tubular steel to support photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, installation of an integrated gutter and stormwater drainage system, a premanufactured battery storage building, and four dual-port EV charging stations at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) in Farmingdale, NY.
