- The Contractor shall provide a cost-per-test (CPT) fully automated autoimmune analyzer testing system, reagents, supplies, and consumables capable of performing FDA-approved patient testing for VISN 08 facilities, Tampa VA Healthcare Network (TVAHCN) and Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS), Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS). P&LMS requires equipment in at least two (2) separate locations, including but not limited to, the following locations, with the flexibility and ability to expand testing / add instrumentation to future locations throughout the VISN Healthcare Network as needed to meet the healthcare system s demand and growth: Tampa VA Healthcare Network, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13,000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612 Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center (CWBY VAMC), 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744
