- Rubber Tiles with the following characteristics: �� thickness minimum, 1 �� thickness maximum. The flooring material shall be construction of a high-strength, impact-resistant hard rubber or polymer. Interlocking The tiles shall be no smaller than 24�x24�. Rolled material is acceptable if it has an interlocking capability and is no smaller than 24� wide. Base tile color must be black with 10%-60% neutral speckling color (Ex: grey, tan, white) compared to an all-black 0 This is a sources sought posting. No award will be made off this post.
