- CAPABILITIES: The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources interested in meeting the requirements of the attached �draft� SOW. Please address the following regarding your capabilities in meeting the requirements contained in the attached �draft� SOW: a. Can your company meet the Summary Requirements listed under Section 2.0 of the draft Statement of Work? If so, please confirm �yes� in your response. Can your company meet the Contractor Requirements outlined in Section 3.0, specifically 3.1, which states: �The contractor shall have the experience of having served in a First Sergeant functional role as a multi?level Command Chief Master Sergeant for a minimum of four (4) years, with managerial experience and oversight over First Sergeants.� If so, please provide supporting documentation demonstrating this capability. Examples include, but are not limited to, a r�sum�, detailed biography, training records, certification history, past?performance references, or other verifiable documentation that substantiates the required experience.
