Description: CANCELLATION NOTICE Solicitation HS002124RCP01 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency�s (DCSA) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for the Security Education and Training System (SETS) eLearning Platform is hereby cancelled in its entirety due to a change in the technical requirements resulting from the Program Zero Baseline Review held on 07 January 2026.
