Description: Contractor to cover the cost of provision of services to support the operation of Advanced Bore Coating (ABC) application for one gun barrel at the Watervliet Arsenal per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a sole source procurement with VRC Metal Systems, LLC., however all responsible offers will be considered. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated by reference. Resultant Contract will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price.
