Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends to procure one (1) 3-year base ordering period. The anticipated date of the award is on or about 24 August 2026. The anticipated start date of performance is 23 September 2026.
