- Description
- The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Vizient, Inc. for Cloud Web-based Inventory Management System service in support of Fort Yuma Health Care Center (FYSU). This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), Soliciting from a Single Source, using commercial product and commercial service acquisition procedures. Vizient, Inc. is the only source reasonably available that can meet the Government�s requirements. Vizient�s solution meets all technical and functional requirements, is compatible with existing systems, and satisfies the Government�s operational needs. Market research indicates that no other vendor is able to meet the Government�s requirements within the required timeframe and scope. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement by 12 February 2026 at 1300 EST to minkyu.kim@ihs.gov. Information received will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive solicitation is feasible.
