Supply/Service needed: Traning and Education Command is purchasing PT Shorts The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: Winter Bee, Inc DBA (L.A. Speedy), INC. 4150 S Main St, Los Angeles, CA. 90037-2236, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
