- Presolicitation Notice for W81K226QA014 SIMPLIFI 797 SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � Pacific, in support of Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, intends to issue a solicitation on a sole source basis to Wolters Kluwer N.V. (Pharmacy Sole Source) for subscription services for the SIMPLIFI 797 and 800 software at TAMC in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.� The NAICS code is 513210. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to leslie.m.takayama.civ@health.mil.
