This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA570226Q0009 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. Small Business Size Standard is $8M. All firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive award. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
