36C24526Q0099 - VISN 5 Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) & Sharps Disposal Svcs RFQ The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is the following: - Clarify the evaluation methodology with respect to the tiered evaluation. Specifically, in accordance with VAAR 819.7006(c) if the contracting officer receives only one acceptable offer at a fair and reasonable price from an eligible certified SDVOSB listed in the SBA certification database, the contracting officer shall make award at that tier. If the contracting officer receives no acceptable offers from eligible SDVOSBs, the Contracting Officer shall proceed in the manner described in Section E.8 of the solicitation. - RFQ responses due date remains 2/3/2026 at 10:00AMET.
