- THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and contract a firm fixed price, supply type contract for OEM HOWELL LABORATORIES INC. START AIR DEHYDRATOR with only one source, HOWELL LABORATORIES INC., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 01/29/2026 with a closing date on or about 02/04/2026. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.Gov website.
