Quotes shall be emailed to amber.sampson@usda.gov by due date. ---- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Raman Spectrometer, ReactRaman 802L plus accessories and service. See attachment section for terms and conditions and specifications. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
