Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity � Healthcare Contracting Division - South intends to award a sole source requirement for RALS-Web3 technology license at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) 96th Medical Group at Eglin, Florida, to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics Inc. (Cage Code: 1RAP7 ) located at 915 East High Street, Suite 500, Charlottesville, VA 22902 under the authority of FAR Part 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512, Computer system design services; the business size standard is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DH01 � IT and Telecom - Platform support services: database, mainframe, middleware (labor). This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred associated with responding to this Notice. A determination by the Government to continue with a sole source action, or to issue a competitive solicitation, will be made based on any responses received to this notice, and will be made solely at the Government�s discretion.
