- The purpose of Amendment 003 is to: 1. Provide answers to questions received from interested vendors 2. Update Atachments 1, 2, 3, and 10. 3. Extend the no later than due date for receipt of proposals until 9 February 2026. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The purpose of Amendment 002 is to: 1. Provide answers to questions received from interested vendors 2. Extend Request For Clarification (RFC) date until 29 January, 2026 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The final non draft version of the solicitation is posted today (22January), with no notable changes since Amendment 001. Proposals are still due 5 February 2026. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The purpose of Amendment 001 is to: Update the no later than date for submittal of Attachment 7 - Non-Disclosure Agreement to 16 Jan 2026. Update the no later than date for submittal of questions to 20 Jan 2026. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This is a combined DRAFT synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, in conjunction with FAR Subpart 15, applicable to commercial acquisitions.
