- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N4523A-26-Q-4004 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS code is 332919 and small business size standard is 1000. Requirement as follows: CLIN 0001; QTY 4 EA; Valve Assembly. See attached Ordering Data Sheet (ODS) for complete salient description and specifications, IDN 5276-VL33. Attachments/Exhibits as follows: Ordering Data Sheet (1) page CDRLs A001 - A006 Statement of Work (5) Data Item Description (2) The Government inspection is QA""C"" 45-day inspection time. Delivery required on: 1 April 2026. FOB Destination to Bremerton, Washington 98314. Payment: WAWF. (WIDE AREA WORK FLOW) Clause: 252.232-7006 The FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (Nov 2021) Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL -Solicitation Compliance -Product Specifications -Delivery Lead time PAST PERFORMANCE PRICE Technical and past performance, when combined, are EQUAL TO PRICE. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
