Description

The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to: 1. Extend the deadline for submissions to 2/11/2026 12pm local time. 2. Answer Questions posed by vendors � this document is part of the modification document 3. Upload Final RFQ document labeled 36C24226R0023_Final 4. Upload Final Pricing Sheet labeled Pricing Spreadsheet-SYR Gas_Final All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation submission deadline. The reason for this extension is to allow vendor questions to be answered and reviewed by legal. The submission deadline is hereby changed to: 02-06-2026 at 4:00pm EST All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged at this time. The VHA, VISN 2, Syracuse VA Medical Center require a contractor to provide medical gases to the VA medical center facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, filling, transporting, handling, servicing, maintaining, delivering, picking up and storing medical gases and cylinders for all facilities located within VISN 2, Syracuse VA medical center and VA Dental clinic catchment area. All equipment and materials required to perform on the contract shall be provided by the Contractor (other than government-furnished property). Please see the attached solicitation document. SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESS CONCERNS.
