- CAO 30 JAN: The 633d Civil Engineering Squadron Fire & Emergency Services (633 CES/CEF) has a requirement for dispatch furniture for the newly constructed Emergency Control Center (ECC). The requirement requires the installation of new furniture identified in the Statement of Requirement (SOR). The U.S. Air Force anticipates a firm fixed priced purchase order. A PDF quote in compliance with all stipulations and regulations included on the attached Combo/ Synopsis Solicitation must be submitted via email to both POCs Sharmayne Brown & AnnMarie Shields at the contact information included in this solicitation. Please note delivery and installation is required within 45 days ARO. Site Visit: A site visit will be held at 1:00PM EST on 2 February 2026 at: 87 Sweeney Blvd, Building 367 JBLE-Langley, VA 23665 For base access: Complete ONLY page 3 of Attachment 3 and submit via email to jeremy.bayse.1@us.af.mil AND david.rose.49@us.af.mil not later than 29 January 2026. Requests received after this time may not be processed. Real ID is required. No additional site visits will be held. Please reference the attached Q&A - Attachment 4 - for information regarding potential site visit cancellation and other pertient inquiries.
