Interested parties should respond by contacting the POC�s identified in this notice, please clearly state your interest and capability in this requirement. Whether or not you can provide the requested products and/or services based on any attachments or item/service description, include your company information, SAM UEI/Cage Code, point of contacting info (Name/Email/Phone) if you are a Large Business, Small Business and/or any potential Small Business socio-economic categories based on the NAICS Code and applicable small business size standard. There is no need to provide past performance information at this time.
