Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS 39216, with continuous rentals of Operating Room Laparoscopic Equipment and a new rental request for ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and Urology assisted by on site to assist with specified intervals and on the requested days scheduled. Each day or part-day on which a specific contractor supplies the VAMC are being used. The contractor must ensure all equipment is maintained and operates in a correct and safe manner as intended and designed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
